Beautiful Children,

     I am Archangel Metatron of the Great Central Sun. I visit you from the Great Central Sun of Helios and Vesta in your solar system. You have each achieved so much in your lifetimes. You are each a miracle unto yourselves. So many of you are so challenged and yet in each beat of your heart is a tone of appreciation that will bring forth God’s will, love and joy expressing through you. What I am adding to this evening’s talk is that each one of you is a heartbeat away from knowing yourself as we know you, as the Immaculate Concept.  
     In this meeting it is our intention to bring forth the scroll of life where all is recorded. In ancient times, they believed that only certain groups were written in the book of life, but that is not true, for all were created with the divine blueprint. The divine blueprint upholds the divine nature within each one of you. As we open up this scroll, Mother Mary is going to pass it around. We want you to see your name written in the book of life. What this means is that you have a covenant with your Creator.
     You may be, or consider yourself, to be a work in progressbut we all are. We all are achieving to be more than we currently are for divine perfection continues on without measure. The soul merge you were given this evening places your name in the book of life. This means that you have received what you would call the initiation and the blueprint and in this life cycle to make your ascension. Of course, it is not complete until you are married to your Christ Oversoul but that of course is the golden key that each one of you should be striving for.
     I, Metatron, am the Creator of many universes and many worlds. I work through Helios and Vesta this evening because they are the God custodians of this solar system for the great sun Alpha and Omega that each one of you departed from eons ago. Each one of you had an opportunity with Mother Mary and her son the Christ to experience soul travel. For some of you, this is not a new thing and you are becoming accustomed to it, but for some of you this is the first time in this incarnation that this has occurred. What this means, my beloveds, is that you are becoming visible in the higher heavens. It means you are becoming noticed by those who you call the Ascended Masters and can come under, if you choose to, their guidance. You do not have to hold the blueprint of the fall of mankind any longer. You can choose this evening, or at any time in your life, to cut that cord, to say that you have had enough and follow the energies of your Immaculate Concept.
     I, Metatron, came forth in many cycles on Earth; many times in ancient writings when the voice of God spoke, it was through me, Metatron. I have witnessed many changing seasons of creation and yet still in these small gatherings when I see precious children desiring to open up their hearts and hone their skills to ascend a very small planet and become more visible, it is of great joy and a great opportunity for me to express to each one of you how much God loves you and how cherished each creation is to your Creator. God does not hold you in separation. Separation is an experience of the human consciousness. It is not held in the Divine Mind. The soul of you is merged with the consciousness that you hold on Earth. There is a pattern of my being called the Flower of Life. Some of you have experienced it; some of you have never heard of it before. It is a geometric pattern of energy and light that I use to create several worlds. Your particular world was created with that pattern of energy. It holds the thought processes that will move you forward. Whether you attend these classes in the future or not, we hope that you will still concentrate on the Flower of Life. The Flower of Life should be seen as a hologram. It is a prism of light and it is an orb. If you move your consciousness into the Flower of Life or see it surrounding your physical body or your home, you will be guided into a threshold of greater light and become even more visible in the causal bodies on the causal planes. Many of you need to begin to cross this bridge. You need to begin to understand that there is a circuit of light that expands from the cosmic regions and even from the Holy of Holies, crosses a great expansion, somewhat like a bridge would cross a great sea, and moves into the levels of those dwelling on planets still unascended.
     What I, Metatron, do is I step down the frequencies of the Creator-Source so that each one of you can begin to have an awakening, a remembrance of who you are and where you need to return to. On the great day that you departed from the higher heavens, you left with the inquisitiveness of a small child, journeyed out, but many of you are choosing not to be gone so far from us any longer. At this time, I want you to see, sense, or have a feeling that there is a capstone of energy; the capstone is still part of the energy field of Metatron. It looks like the top of a pyramid, very golden, very pointed at the top. It is coming down over the physical bodies. This is what my pattern of energy feels like on Earth.
Each one of you now has the ability to carry me with you in your heart and in your mind. I am a very joyful being. Do not feel that I am a distance away from you. We have to clear enough of the lower mental bodies for the capstone to come down over you. When you are inside of the capstone, you will experience an awakening. You may hear a rushing of sound and when the capstone is around you the light coming through is qualified, and it is being guided directly into the heart center, for this to occur the soul needs to be merged with the physical body.
     We understand that we are giving a lot of concepts that are very new to many of you; just know that you have to have a soul merge to ascend. When you have a soul merge the light around you will become brighter. As we are doing this process with you, we see that many of you are just dragging yourselves around from one daily activity to another. We want you to call or invite you to call on Archangel Metatron. I can be your companion in this lifetime. We are setting the cords this evening so that you hold my vibration and frequency and my love for each one of you. There are more people in this room who are messengers than just the channel. You may or may not be called to that level of duty, but certainly you can receive messages and guidance to help you in your lives and to receive more energy from your causal bodies and more initiations.
     I want to speak to you about the conversation that began earlier about astral travel. The astral planes are like moving through a dense forest. If you have ever been in a dense forest you will know that some of the paths seem quite pleasant and you may even find some patches where the sun is shinning through, some small meadows, but then when you look and take the wrong path there is a thicket, briny bushes that attach to you, needles sticking out; this is one of the reasons that the Christ Matrix does not take their students through the astral corridors.
     We create the opportunity through Lord Sananda and Mother Mary—Sananda is also another name for Jesus the Christ; it is his Oversoul’s name—for a soul merge. We are able to move electrons through you and then we work with you through your higher self. This takes a great deal of preparation on the inner planes. There is a beautiful place that I am going to direct your attention to now. It is called the “Calling of the Angels.”* Have a sense that we are having the group stand up, we are walking together, I am opening up a veil, and beyond the veil are trillions of angels. This is my home. This is the home of the archangels! There is also a “Calling of the Angels” at Alpha and Omega but there is also one at your local Central Sun. We, who are in service to Earth at this time, are the angels of the light; we are the angels who are in service to God Almighty; we open up the thresholds of love. Your guidance and protection is our work, and your ascension is our great reward. See yourselves moving through a vortex now. You may feel as if you are spinning. There are just angels all around. They are bringing you here to lighten up the heart centers even more. This is the home of Metatron and all of these angels, trillions of angels, are under my service. This is where each one of you can come to receive more love and more electrons. This is where many of you have your service contracts. The guardian spirits come from these high halls. When you walk through these halls; you feel light; you will feel loved.
     Each one of you is in embodiment because you had a certain amount of karmic patterns that could be worked out in this life while you were in service to the Almighty. Archangel Michael is approaching the group now. He is explaining to you that his purpose is to help you heal and to keep you safe, just as it is Metatron’s purpose.
     The Star of David awakens within each one of you. It takes a degree of mastery to understand this work but the Star of David also holds the diamond pattern energy. The Star of David is being given to each one of you this evening by Archangel Metatron. See yourselves as receiving the Star of David now in your hands. Place it in your heart and in your third eye. The Star of David represents your Cosmic Oversoul which would bring enough cords of electrons in to give you a Cosmic Ascension in this lifetime.
      We see in the group that many of you have suffered from ridicule and we are going to remove those energy patterns and soften them. I, Metatron, am going to go around and embrace each one of you, and as I embrace you I am going to repair and do some work in your auras. If you do not want this work done on you, do not allow me embrace you. My purpose is to assist you in remembering your relationship to your Creator. I do not stand between you and your Creator, but I help you with that merge of consciousness. We still want each one of you to pray to God in your daily practice and ask that I or Christ or any of the Ascended Masters or saints that you are comfortable with come to assist you. In these regions, Archangel Michael also has legions of angels. We also want to give you this evening the gift of abundance, abundance on many different levels.
     Some of you need more affection in your lives. You need to love yourselves more and some of you are very sensitive and you don’t respect yourselves enough. The room on Earth is very crowded right now as there are many assisting. Through the top of the capstone is coming a violet light, violet flame energy to wash you clean. Some of you have heard such negative thoughts from the time you were born that it became who you are. We are going to get into the core level now and move this energy. You all have such a willingness to open up and to grow. See God’s love and light flowing through you in a sense of purpose. This of course is your divine nature.
     Who you are on Earth or how you see yourself is not who you are here, divine children. You are all cloaked in great light standing in front of us. So precious is each heart of God. Each heart of God is a replica of the heart of the Almighty, so how could we not love you. Each one of you was created with a divine purpose that was your blueprint. We are going to go back to a pattern within this life or even several lifetimes. We know where to go back; where it started; it is a seed memory that you carried with you from a time when you were not appreciated, were not shown love, were not respected, or were not held as an infant. Allow the voice of the Almighty to be that tender awakening. Allow that soul’s awakening within you, and allow the higher self to hold you in his or her arms.
     The condition on the planet, at least for each one of you, is to receive more of the pressure from the silver cord and make a life-changing shift. This is what I, Archangel Metatron, can do for each one of you. See a beautiful violet-blue light flushing through your body. Many of you have a lot of toxins in your body; many of you could use a ‘cleanse.’ From now on, I want you to work or ask to work with the tones of appreciation. Look at your lives and see what you are not appreciating enough or who you are not appreciating enough. Appreciation is pure love of God. Where can you direct more appreciation? Appreciation vibrates to your cosmic counterpart. It is going to take some mastery to accomplish this.
We are releasing the tortured spirit within, your tortured mind, and tortured heart. You can learn, just as our channel has learned, to follow this energy through the energy of the capstone into the heart of God. That is Metatron speaking to you from the point of the Holy of Holies I speak to you, from the halls of Helios and Vesta, and yet I am still at Alpha and Omega.
     As we go through this process, you take on more qualified light, more soul energy, and there are shifts in consciousness until each one of you begins to remember and the spark within the heart becomes very bright and the Oversoul encompasses you. God knows each one of you, and now you need to know God but in order to do that you need to respect yourself. There is a seed thought form that we have given to each one of you this evening, and we bless you.

     This time, in your Earth plane, is so supportive of manifesting your will. Let go of your limiting thought forms and create your life—in truth.
     Create your optimum health! This Earth plane offers all that you require to experience optimum physicality. This dimension offers all that you require to experience optimum spirituality! This Earth plane offers all that you require to experience optimum mentality! Utilize all that you can!
     So many of you complain that your physical body “betrays” you... We shall say… look again, bright Angel. Feed your physical body the best your planet has to offer you. Ingest the purest possible foods — living enzymes!  Feed your soul the highest truth that you can find! Feed your brain organ the most uncluttered and clean thoughts your soul can produce. And remember to balance the energy not only in your body... also in your heart... in your mind... in your abode.
     So many of you continue in states so far from joy that your daily experience becomes a chore. It needs be so no longer!
     Clarify your intents!
     Clear your abodes!
     Clear your relationships!
     Clear your heart!
     Clear your minds!
     The soul knows already the balance—the Spirit follows!
     Replace all that you release with absolute Living Love. Amazingly your life will automatically contain more joy, more light, and more love.
     It is your nature to be abundant. It is your birthright... It is your own divinity which allows you to become ... All-That-Is. Recognize your own “I AM.” Feel it resonate and vibrate inside your body. Let unlimited beliefs inside and expand your heart ... in gratitude. Let yourself acknowledge daily that which brings you joy and that which brings you peace! If each of you could dedicate but a few moments each morning and evening to your own souls, how much simpler your days would become.
     At-One-ment ... the All That Is ... I Am ... We are all One.... All are equal. They all represent the state of grace (and ease) which flows so naturally within you. They are all absolute truth... as you are! Dedicate a portion of your awakening to uplifting rituals (at least a few moments) to honor your own heart. Be grateful for all you are able to do and create little ones! Create your world, your life, your heart in all the magnificence that you chose for yourselves so long ago!

     Invocation: “I Am calling Lord Michael, the Cosmic Christ, Lord Sananda, Jesus of Earth, the Cosmic Mother, Mother Mary, the entire Christ Matrix, the entire Great White Brotherhood, Lord Metatron, Sandalphon, everyone’s higher self, guides, healing angels and protecting angels of the Divine Light of the Living God to gently adjust the vibration of the room for everyone’s comfort and I invoke divine harmony, protection, clarity, love and peace right here and now with full God-power. May each person’s field and purpose be clarified and strengthened. We work in harmony with love, integrity, and divine purpose. We pray for the highest good of all. So be it!”  
      “I am calling my I Am Presence, to enfold, guide and to protect me for the highest good.” Visualize the white light coming down around you and form a column of light around your entire body and under your feet. Visualize the Star of David over your crown and bring it down over your body. Know that it is all around you, protecting you. “I am calling Lord Michael, Uriel, Gabriel, and Raphael to enfold, guide and to protect me for the highest good, to stand in the four corners of this room to assure that nothing but goodness and light can come to me. Nothing but goodness and light can leave me. So Be It. I Am that I Am. So it is.”
     Grounding: Center yourself. See a golden white light around your navel area. Breathe into it, now visualizing a white light coming down from your navel area and hips, like a ribbon or root going down through your knees, then your ankles, then out of the bottom of your feet. Take it down to the center of the Earth. Enter a crystal cave that is in the center of the Earth. It is full of all kinds of crystals, large, small, all shapes, and all colors. Pick one that is talking to you or that you are drawn to. Tie your ribbon of light that comes from your body around it. Wrap it three times. Make sure that it is tight. Move into this crystal and become this crystal from your waist down. Being grounded in your body from the hips down should feel heavy or tingly. Breathe into it; bring up the energy of Love into your heart and through your body that the Mother is offering you. Express your love for her and your appreciation for the energy that she is giving you. Rest in the energy and breathe; feel the rhythm of the Earth mother. Feel the stillness of peace in the mother’s arms around you. Express your love and gratitude to her. Fill your body with the violet flame and love, and send it out in a circle to heal the Earth. Feel the violet flame healing the Earth and all that is within the planet. Ask the elementals to help you fill the planet with love and kindness with the violet flame. I am calling to St. Germain, Lord Zadkiel, the Violet Flame Angels, Omri-Tas, Arcturus and Victoria to help us fill the Mother Earth with the violet flame and say:
     “Transmute, transmute by violet fire all causes and cores not of God’s desire. I am a being of cause alone; that cause is Love, the Sacred Tone. I am a force of violet fire. I am a force of the violet fire more powerful than any human miscreation. I breathe the violet flame of limitless transmutation into my heart center, and I breathe it out through my heart chakra into the core of every person, place, condition or thing in my life, conscious or unconscious, past or present, through obvious choice or through karmic liability. As this Sacred Fire floods the Earth, the violet flame transmutes all energy less than God’s perfection back into Light. The violet fire is loving free every point of my Universe. I am free! I am free! I am eternally free! And so it is.” (pause)
     Now focus your attention on your heart and spirit. Take your attention and raise it up to your crown, still firmly attached to the crystal and the Mother Earth; you are protected by your I Am Presence and Lord Michael. Visualize Lord Metatron as a golden pyramid over your head (or a golden white diamond); bring this golden pyramid down over your body. Now with your intention rise up through it, straight up to the heart of the Christ Matrix, the Cosmic Christ, Lord Sananda, Jesus the Christ of Earth, the Cosmic Mother, Mother Mary, the Great White Brotherhood of Light, Lord Michael and his legions of angels straight up to the heart of the Great Central Sun, Helios and Vesta, Alpha and Omega. Visualize this as a golden white column of light coming from out of the Great Central Sun. Straight down through your physical body and to the center of Earth. Breathe it in and become this column of light.
     Now bring your attention to your heart center and breathe the light in from above, Alpha and Omega from the great Central Sun and bring up the light from below from the Mother Earth. All come together into the heart center and know that you are all one with the whole. Become the Light of Love. Breathe it in and breathe it out to the universe. Feel the flow of love in to your heart and release it out to all, your love, and your appreciation, for all that you are. Know that you are loved beyond measure.
      Go into the physical heart with your mind and find a small golden door. Breathe in and out, and open the door. Go inside and look around. You may see your Three-fold flame: pink for God’s love, blue for God’s power, and yellow for God’s wisdom. (pause) What does the flame tell you? (pause) Breathe in and out. As we move through, we see a large bright golden white flame in the center of a large room with columns around the room. The flame of light is raised in the middle on a throne platform. It is beautiful light beyond description and sends you great peace, love and forgiveness. (pause) There are many angels all around you singing everywhere. There are many Masters of Light there to guide you. Rest in the light and gratitude of the love you are receiving; then release the love into the universe.
      Breathe in all the love that God has for you; (pause) just be one with the light (pause). I am going to be quiet for a few minutes, and let each one be with the Divine light of the Living God. (long pause) Come back to the room slowly and open your eyes.
      Lord Maitreya’s Prayer: “With every breath that I breathe in, I receive love in abundance, and with every breath that I breathe out I send love in abundance. As I receive love in abundance, I use my courage, truthfulness, goodness and beauty to enhance its value for the benefit of all. I follow the path of Love and Wisdom. I Am That I Am, and thus, receive the blessings of love in abundance.”
