Mother Mary, Lord Maitreya, and Master Kuthumi

Blessings my Children of Earth,

I am the Immaculate Virgin Mary. When you begin to turn inward you begin to open yourself up to your own inner spirit and I Am Presence that is attached to you. Many times, this is when your doorkeeper, the higher being that you are attached to, begins to work with you. You are also beginning to learn to direct your energies. During these times of silence, you may even be taken to one of the Ascended Masters’ Ashrams. Each of you needs to have more patience with self while learning to sit in silence. You should also learn to have more direction and limit the emotional and the mental activity during these sittings. All of those emotions are attached to the negative ego. When you are sitting in prayer, it should also be a time of meditation, and it should not be just the rumbling off of words that are repetitive and without meaning to you.

Many times, the lower selves are involved with the activities of your world, and in a sense, what we are going to teach you is how to direct the energies upward so that you are guided by the greater light that wishes to surround each one of you. It wishes to fill your vessels with more electrons and also to clear the central tube. When the light penetration becomes so great, you become attached to the higher lightbodies and you graduate from Earth School. At that point, you are beginning to hold all of the rays of the Great Central Sun in balance and in harmony.

There are many toxins in your world—pollutants that are surrounding each one of you. And I am not only speaking of those coming from the food that you eat or what you drink. I am also talking about the associations that you keep and the programming that you subject yourselves to. Some of these programs are with you from other lifetimes.

We are opening up many gateways for those who are ready to work from within their higher bodies. Once you begin to work within the higher bodies, you will begin to draw forth the powers that are in your Monad, and in some cases even group Monads that you are contracted to work with. Some will begin to be taken to work with Master Teachers, from star systems they have come from and have contracts of service with. But all of this cannot be accomplished until you are able to bring forth the higher vibrations. These tones are those of surrender and also the tones of love. Many times, when we come forth to you, we come forth with the intention of clearing your energy fields and bringing you to us and to your higher garments of light. This is the Tree of Life that you are beginning to move up to, and some are beginning to understand the Sefirots¹ better. Many of you are unconscious during these states when we work with you to expand the light around you.

We also want to speak to you about the central tube that runs along your spinal column and how it connects you to the Monad. Many times, this is the work that we do within the Ashrams. We also teach you to take back your personal power. For even we, your Ascended Master teachers, are not your I AM Presence. You each have an I AM Presence and an Oversoul [and they are to be the ones guiding you] and this is what we are attempting to teach you at the Ashrams.

At this time, Lord Maitreya would like to speak to you on this subject, and I will allow him to continue with this talk. I am the Immaculate Virgin Mary.

I am Lord Maitreya. I would like to share some insights regarding what Mother Mary was speaking to you about. The Office of the Christ oversees the work that is being done with the Oversoul. This is where your own Christ vessel is. Many times, you are taken to me and to this Office when you begin to experience these fields of energy.

We have begun to speak more about meditation. It can begin as a guided meditation and it should last several minutes. Gradually, you should expand on those moments of silence. I am not speaking of hours, but if you can stay in the silence and learn to commune with your own inner being for 15-20 minutes daily and grow into this pattern of energy, it would do you much good. It would help you to understand what is coming to you throughout the day. It would begin to sever the control that the negative ego has over you. This is where much of your karma is coming from. You would begin to experience the thoughtforms that are coming to you from the Law of Attraction. They are coming as waves on the ocean shore and many times they are slamming onto your emotional bodies sending you out of balance with your higher vibrations and your higher bodies.

There is a protective garment of light that is emanating from each person’s Zohar body that can begin to protect you. This does not mean that you should stop calling on Archangel Michael or working with your violet flame prayers, but it is in addition to them. It is part of the energy grid that is available to each one of you as you reach this body of light. The Zohar body is within the higher tree, and sometimes, we have explained to Cathy, it exists within the Capstone that comes to you from Metatron. So you see that we are beginning to direct your energies up to Kether² , and we are trying to give you more of an understanding and more guidance as you begin to navigate these streams of energies that are becoming available to your planetary system.

Your grids are becoming more aligned with the Office of the Christ and also with Lord Melchizedeck for he is also beginning to blend with many of you. He has come forth to let you know that he is working with many on the inner planes. With this gift comes higher responsibility and higher accountability for each one of you. We suggest you become more aware of the thoughts that you engage in, we suggest that you set aside more time for prayer, and also that you begin to hold the energies of service. You do not always need to worry about what service you are to do. We will begin to direct and guide you, and you will then know for sure that you are being called, but first you need to work with holding that pattern of energy. This is all part of the vibration of surrender. As you begin to not put self first but to put service first, you will see that the energies around you will begin to surrender to the Will of the Father and the patterns of light that you hold on Earth will become more harmonious. The ego will have less to adhere to and the Monad, or the I Am Presence, will have more guidance and direction in your life.

I am coming forth with this brief explanation today. We are going to climb higher within the Tree of Life and we will be bringing more people out of the 4th dimension—which holds the vibrational patterns of the zodiac from within this local universe. There are several universes we can bring you through and actually the Tree of Life expands into them. This is where many of your Ascended Master teachers come from. We do not engage within the lower activities. Some of the lower spheres were once called Sheol³ and Purgatory. Many times, the chaos in your lives means you are vibrating to these regions and are not aligned with the gateways that take you to the higher heavens; these gateways are becoming available to this planet; there are many more circuits that are open to you. We have taken some who are ready through a gateway called Solarium. It is a gateway to bring you out of the lower portals and into the regions of the higher dimensions where your higher doorkeeper begins to work with you. We are also working within the venue of the Polestar from Sirius and establishing a link with many of you so you can begin to work with the Orders of the Great White Brotherhood. There is much work going on in the inner planes and we want you to come out of the shallow thinking that you hold in the 3rd dimension.

Many of your daily activities are overwhelming you, consuming your energies, and taking from you the precious electrons that we give you. In earlier transmissions, many heard the Blessed Mother speak about the Treasury of Light. She told those who attended those classes that you need to see your Treasury of Light as your bank account, and it is very important because it is actually the causal body that she is directing your mind energies to. She asked those in attendance many times, “Where are you spending your light?” This is your inheritance—your gift from your Creator—that you were sent forth to Earth with and which you can add to by your good karma. We want you to think about her words before you enter into an emotional imbalance, and for some we would even go as far to say that you become emotionally out of balance. When this occurs, it causes your chakras to spin in reverse and even to move out of place and then you enter into the lower astral, and when you are contained within those spheres you are preyed upon by the forces that reside there. Some who exist in these spheres seek to take YOUR light from you. Many call this psychic attack. So it is with great care we develop you in these stages. You might say that these are the testing grounds that many of you have come to know so well, and we would like to bring you out of them.

My children, it is you who keeps repeating these patterns over and over again. It is not coming to you from the higher orders or the doorkeepers you have. Some of you have created friendships and allegiances with those who come forth from the astral realms. You have become captivated by some of the gifts that some are showing you which they have within those portals. We want you to know that these are the lesser beings and they contain some of the energies of the wizards and warlocks, but they do not span into the higher kingdoms. We want you to understand that some came from other dimensions and may appear to have some of the powers and technology that you desire, but they do not have the gifts of the Christ Oversoul and the I Am Presence that you are being guided to receive through the path of initiation. Know that many of these gifts are in your own Cosmic Tree and you need to learn to draw strength from it. You need to learn to draw strength from your own inner being. We want to take this opportunity now for you to come to my Ashram, which is the Office of the Christ. Whenever you want to come, ask for the Order of the Christ to come forth and train you. There are many beloved brothers and sisters who can assist you in arriving here safely. Some may even feel that they need to ask to be brought to the Order of Melchizedek. You will be guided to those offices.

Love, Forgiveness, and Mercy and Accelerated Creative Force, Part 4

The Christ Matrix^® Ascension Academy and the Center of Empowerment conducted a workshop titled Love, Forgiveness and Mercy, and Accelerated Creative Force. When Jesus dictated the essence of the workshop to his messenger Cathy Acker of The Christ Matrix^®, he said, “The keys to a successful life rest on Love, Forgiveness, and Mercy. Self-love affects your intentions, your intentions affect your creations, forgiveness allows you to either stand still or move forward, and without mercy you will not accomplish your ascension.”

In reviewing Jesus’ statement in preparation for the workshop, I was guided to expand on each of his concepts. The fourth concept follows:

Mercy: “Without mercy you will not accomplish your ascension.”

When we turn our attention to the heavens, our I Am Presence activates our soul by sending forth light. This begins the process of accelerating our beingness for ascension. In this acceleration, discord and disharmony are released from our subtle bodies and we are purified by the light of our Presence. This is one aspect of mercy¹ . Per the Webster’s dictionary, “mercy is the willingness to help, with the power to forgive.” Our Presence has the power to forgive all of our miscreations, discord, and disharmony. Without this assistance, we would never be able to lift ourselves out of the dross energy that enfolds us and continually surrounds us. We must consciously draw forth light from our I Am Presence and accelerate our four lower bodies to enlighten and discharge misqualified energy.

As the light and electrons from our Presence enter our hearts, it is stamped with our unique energetic signature. We release these electrons into consciousness through every action, thought, feeling, and word. With this in mind, worry, fear, confusion, distrust, criticism, dislike, anger, and all other negative concepts misqualify the light and electrons that are entrusted to us. It is imperative to qualify our energy with harmless thoughts, loving feelings and kind words. Our thoughtforms affect everything in their path and are our responsibility to transmute.

Thoughtforms grow stronger and attract more of the same essence before they return to us and release their essence in full force upon us. Negatively qualified electrons bring disruption, disharmony, and problems into our lives. Positively qualified electrons bring their blessings into our lives. If we would receive success, we need to intend success for others. If we would receive wealth, we need to desire abundance for others. If we are disruptive to others, we receive disruption. If we are unkind to others, we receive unkind treatment in return.

The electrons we receive and command with love are our power and blessings within the universe. All positively charged electrons are returned to us and stored in our causal body for eternity. This is what Jesus meant when he said, “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on Earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break in and steal; but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” When our causal body is empowered with enough God-qualified energy, its magnetic power will raise our bodies up in ascension.

Another aspect of mercy is grace ². Grace is a gift from the divine available to all by choice and free will; however, we have to be receptive to the presence of grace in our lives. Some people feel that they do not deserve grace because of their transgressions. As such, they do not allow grace to be present in their experiences. If the heart feels unworthy, forgiveness of self is needed to release feelings of not being good enough. If we cannot get past believing that we do not deserve grace, then we can ask for mercy.

I began perceiving a connection between grace and forgiveness ³, so I asked Quan Yin how they related. She said:

Grace is accelerating in your body when you decide it is all right to experience it. It is a time-frame, often, that is necessary for grace to occur. We are in a place, shall we say, of disrupting ourselves and in a place of creation consciousness we decide it is all right to experience something further than our pushing ourselves around. Then, a part of ourselves lets go and energies of grace flow through us. It is as though we are walling back the dam by deciding to be disruptive to ourselves, and in that release grace comes through.

But, it is not always forgiving ourselves that incurs grace. It is always grace that is incurred when we allow for ourselves to release from the bondage that we give to ourselves. But, as grace comes through when there is an opening, forgiveness is a choice. Forgiveness is a choice that we make to accelerate ourselves into a different possibility in our lives.

I forgive the part of myself that was broken and I allow for a new possibility to occur. Therefore, the forgiveness is the way that allows us to incur the grace. It is a doorway that we open to allow for the grace to be a part of our reality. So, in that sense, perhaps they are connected.

But, indeed they are one and another; they are not always part of each other. Also, the possibility that grace would come to you if you decided that it was all right to create what you want it in your life. It is even more powerful to decide to create everything that I (you) could possibly desire. And in that option there is all of the grace that you could imagine. That is an opening to higher consciousness. That is a way that we decide to create whatever we want. To experience the possibility that anything is possible here, number one, and number two, I am choosing to allow that in my reality.

So, in that case the grace is beyond description. It is what is necessary for enjoyment to occur – to please yourself in such a fashion that anything can happen. And if we allow for that to occur in our reality, we will have tremendous possibilities emerge.

So, I would just say, in so far as forgiveness goes, we do not need to forgive ourselves for grace to occur, but we can incur grace with forgiveness.

Grace is the opportunity provided by God for humanity to return to harmony, wholeness, unity, and oneness. Once we choose love, comprehend that we are love and choose harmlessness, then healing can begin. Integration of denied aspects of self occurs and all of the energies that we are holding that belong to others are returned to them through forgiveness. Traumas are released and issues with loved ones, self, and God-Goddess are resolved resulting in a return of our power and a greater capacity for love.

No matter what we think we have done wrong, once we choose to release our resistance, we become open to God’s grace. Our fulfillment of the Law of Love would then naturally follow:

Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Our source of goodness and blessing comes through our I Am Presence. Once our chalice is full, the light flows out unto the world bringing peace and goodness to all beings.

Healing Sounds and Emerald Matrix Prayer/Mantra

In October 2007, I taught a class dealing with healing sounds. Many people wanted more information, and I promised that we would include the information on the newsletter. Other writings took priority on the last newsletter, but we didn’t forget. Below find the sounds; enjoy them and put them to good use. In addition to the sounds, I am sharing the Emerald Matrix Prayer/Mantra which I have also shared with those who participate in the Melchizedek’s Order of the Blue Rose sessions.

First, let’s practice with the following Sanskrit sounds to clear your chakras.

Root – Lam
Sexual – Vam
Navel – Ram
Heart – Yam
Throat – Ham
Fifth Eye – Om
Crown – Aum

Next, practice with these sounds to clear your internal organs. These sound exercises come from the book Awaken Healing Light of the Tao by Mantak and Maneewan Chia. The book is very precise and clear in the teachings, and I recommend it highly for anyone interested in learning more about sound healing modalities.

Lung Sound – Place your tongue behind your closed teeth, and with a long, slow exhalation, create the sound SSSSSSSS (like the sound of steam).  During each resting period as you slowly inhale, smile to the lungs.  Visualize them surrounded by a white light and concentrate on feeling the virtue of courage.

Kidney Sound – Form an O with the lips, as if blowing out a candle, and slowly exhale and make a WOOOOOOOO sound.  During each resting period, smile to the kidneys as you visualize them surrounded by a bright blue color and the virtue of gentleness.

Liver Sound – Place the tongue near the palate, and with a long slow exhale, produce the sound SHHHHHHHH.  During each resting period smile to the liver and visualize it surrounded by a bright green color, and feel the virtue of kindness.

Heart Sound – With the mouth wide open, exhale a deep breath slowly and produce the sound HAWWWWWWWW.  During each resting period smile to the heart, and visualize it surrounded by the color red, and feel love, joy, and happiness.

Spleen Sound – Place the tongue near the palate, and with a long, slow exhale produce the sound WHOOOOOOOO from the throat—like the sound of an owl.  Visualize the spleen surrounded by a bright yellow light and feel the virtue of fairness.

Triple Warmer Sound – Practice this sound lying down. With your mouth open, exhale slowly as you produce the sound HEEEEEEEE. During each resting period, try to imagine a huge rolling pin flattening out your body from the head down to the toes. This will balance all the energies activated by the other sounds and help relax the body thoroughly.

Lastly, you may use the following mantra to connect to our I AM Presence.
