The Three-fold Flame

     You know me as Jesus of Nazareth. I ascended into the higher kingdoms of heaven. This is why I can call myself the Cosmic Christ. The Cosmic Christ works with all the children of Earth who call upon the Ascended Masters. We come to some of you, in the form of an awakening or an ancient memory within you. The seed of truth is within you. We begin to take you to the Karmic Board, and we accelerate dispensations to assist you with your life’s work. We proceed to reformat each of our students for your higher purpose, for this is truly the Will of your Creator. When we come forth (to work with you) we step up the frequencies.

     When I brought forth the information for the Course in Miracles, I began to awaken many on this planet for the next vibratory frequency and initiation. I, as Christ, was giving to those who were ready to seek me outside of Catholicism. This does not mean that I do not still work with those holding onto Christian belief systems, but for those who have a strong desire to go beyond the limitations that society placed on my teachings, I brought forth another work. Also, I seek to expand those who are ready for the Great Central Sun of Alpha and Omega and the glory of their own God Presence. (This is the work that Christ and other Ascended Masters do with Christ Matrix students.)

     Daily practice through prayer is important. Prayer gives you a deep understanding of who you are within the heart of God—within this great expansion that you are experiencing. Prayer brings you to the heart center within the system of energy that you understand as being God, or your God Presence. No words spoken in deep desire to understand the truth of who-you-are are ever ignored by your Presence. You need to guard your flame. You do not, in the west, have practices that teach you how to filter the energies around you and how to heighten or magnetize the cosmic frequencies to you. (These practices include daily prayer and meditation and are emphasized by Christ Matrix teachings.)

     The consciousness needs time to revel in a greater light. It needs time to hone the skills. The body itself goes through purification. Planetary consciousness affects all who live and are in the astral worlds surrounding Earth. You do not begin to expand the mind until you are moved to the fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensions—the dwelling places of higher selves. The fourth dimension is where we begin our work with many of you. We begin to strengthen your aura and qualify the light around your physical bodies, and the patterns and concepts that you hold begin to change. There is a silver cord descending from your own God Presence through what you would consider your Tree of Life. It descends through the crown center and fills the physical body. At one time on Earth, you held greater light from your Presence. You were able to be on this planet and still be in the fifth and sixth dimensions. Many of you worked with star systems beyond Earth.

     The children of Earth are receiving through many messengers wake up calls to begin to ground themselves to the planet, open their hearts and climb the spiral staircase that God has placed within you. The Three-fold Flame is part of the energies of the Trinity, and it needs to expand. As it expands, not only does your ability to love yourself and others expand, but it also expands your level of understanding of higher truths and wisdom that is coded into you. The light that we share with you begins to clear the lower bodies and the filter begins to expand around you and you begin to harness the rays of the Great Central Sun and of your God Presence. Your life situations begin to turn around. You begin to maneuver Earth more easily; you surrender to your cosmic counterpart; you begin to hold the frequencies of your own Christ or Buddhic or higher light body that is appropriate for you.

     Precious children, the form of love coming back into balance on Earth is why Paul the Venetian is holding the energies of the sacred plume of light within your heart center. This also holds true for the blue and gold rays. Begin your practice with grounding and with breathing. Take a deep breath in. Feel that the air mixes with the chemistry in your body. When you breathe out, feel that you are releasing toxins. Do not worry that you are releasing them into the air. Always call for the Cosmic Christ or the Ascended Master you are working with—we actually ionize them, and they are purified again and recycled in other kingdoms. Do that for several minutes; you may even wish to begin with some stretching exercises. Stretching helps you to ground the physical body to the Earth. Your cosmic counterpart can fully embrace you. You do not need to release any energy into an astral counterpart. Our work with you will eventually dissolve your astral counterpart, where that vessel will no longer be needed.

     Watch your emotions, especially in the beginning stages; watch what thoughts come into mind. Watch what you are thinking about. Do certain people, things that you want, or desires come to mind? If it helps you, write it down, but do not focus on what they are. Try to reside in a space of pure light of the Three-fold Flame. Archangel Gabriel asks to sponsor this work. He is involved with healing the planet at this time, also Sanat Kumara and Lady Master Venus, Archangel Metatron, Mother Mary and many others. Djwhal Khul, St. Francis, and St. Germain want their names mentioned as well. Now breathe in the violet flame energy. The violet energy has many frequencies within it. Draw the violet flame energy all the way down into the Earth plane and also try to hold it in your heart center. Allow it to expand the space, transmute the energies, and inside of it see the Three-fold Flame anchoring inside the violet flame within the heart. You will learn to steady these energies.

     The Three-fold Flame can change the world that you live in for this is how powerful it is. The Three-fold Flame holds the diagram of your Oversoul and your I Am Presence. It assists us in giving you additional electrons for your spiritual growth and awareness.

     Your Presence sends down a frequency through the silver cord. It always sends down a frequency, but it is sends down a brighter frequency with additional electrons. It does not go through the fourth dimension. This is why we say we are creating an arc (from you to your Presence). There were great mysteries given to the church that were not revealed to the masses of people and unfortunately this has diminished the light on the planet.

     After the Three-fold Flame begins to build within the heart center, it expands outside of the body. You learn to control the pressure coming in to the physical body from your Monad or your Tree of Life. The expression of yourself begins to change somewhat. Some of you may appear to have a softer presence. Guardian angels surround you, and in a sense, you are in the process of birthing a new consciousness. On the inner planes, we begin to change some of the beings who have been working with you if they are not high enough. We attune you to the cosmic councils that are responsible for your growth and your levels of initiation into the higher hall of knowledge and learning. During this process we begin to come forth and expand the light coming in through the crown center but not until the heart center is holding a significant amount of energy.

     Power without the balance of the Three-fold Flame brings you into a misguided understanding, and you could begin to work with the dark forces of the lower astral. It is important that you try to make a commitment to a daily practice of prayer and mediation. The crown will open up and the guardian angels that are given to you to protect you will prepare you for the incoming of energy from the causal plane and from the Cosmic Christ. During this process, we remove all alien implants. Many of you think that these beings have control over you. If you did not have an unruly desire body they would have no way of tempting you. We take you through a grid called the Christ Matrix. It is truly an anchoring of the Sacred Heart of the Cosmic Christ to his students. I see each one of you, not only as my children, but also as my disciples. We look forward to the day when we walk side by side with you where you are fully in your mastery, in your own Christ vessel, in your own God Presence.

Wesak’s Expanding Energies

     Everyone is wondering what the upcoming Wesak Celebration will bring forth. This year the energies will be especially powerful as we (God and the Masters) bring forth an expansion of gifts.

     We are sending out the clarion call for one and all to come to this Wesak Celebration! Please join us as we all come together in service and glory to our Beloved Presence of God and to celebrate the birth of our precious Lord Buddha.

     The energies you will experience at Wesak will be very powerful and will affect you on many different levels. There will be an expansion of gifts, purification inside and out, releasing energies that no longer need to be in service, strengthening of light bodies, harmonic balancing and more! We will work with you to send these energies to the Beloved Earth as well.
We all join together not only to receive gifts but to share those same gifts with humanity and the planet. This year will be very significant to the Earth. Our Beloved Presence of God will be sending a special gift of energy to this planet. It will be filled with love and strengthen the grids surrounding this planet. It will give us more protection and power as a planet and help humanity in the same way. 

     Spirit and the Masters will come together in mass to help us all receive the gifts of enlightenment and share in the spirit and energy of Lord Buddha. Yes, it is beloved Buddha’s Birthday but in acknowledging Buddha’s birthday we are also acknowledging our own personal re-birth-days. This Wesak Celebration will bring about a re-birth of our spirit, an expansion of our minds, our might and our souls. We will feel anew and ready to face the world with a new vision, a vision of harmony, strength, peace and love for the world and all of our brothers and sisters. We will feel the strength within to continue our paths calling but will have a new vision of the world and our place in it.

     My Beloveds, I am Lord Buddha. I have personally come to invite you to this Wesak Celebration. I will personally surround you with joy and love and fill your heart with the expansion of splendor. I have much wisdom to share with you in this celebration and will embrace you as we come together to give honor to the world and to one another. Please join us at this Wesak Celebration and claim the splendor that is yours to behold!

Dearest Beloveds,

     Gather together … one to the next; in truth, love and brotherhood. Be not angered or assuaged in your battle for it is one of the Soul. Your very spirit…. Many of you long ago agreed to assist this planet and its people to remove the shadow enfolding parts of this planet. Did you not? Where is that great light? How and when are you in your mission? How much of your soul has atrophied in this heavy dimension? Has your soul completed this mission? Or have you fallen off the path? How can you illuminate and emanate your gift of light to the world?

     We know. We understand. We see. And yet we still beseech you to keep glowing, growing, and gilding your energy until that which is unmistakable in its manifestation. Your source; your birthright; the divinity of which you are: The-All-That-Is.

     Forget not who and what you are. Remember your magnificence. Honor your birthright. Actively seek your path; enjoy the journey; consciously embrace your capacity to love, the gift of receiving, but more importantly, the gift of giving directly from the heart for the healing of all other energies.

     It is your birthright ... your gift … your mission ... your contract … your path ... your passion.

     Many have lost their way. You all were aware before you engaged here into this universal stage. Become your passion yet again. All of your essence is available to you and all of your divinity… all of your creature essence … the absolute truth of you.

     We recognize that you still see yourselves as imperfect. This is nothing more than the last vestige of the old myths which shaped much of your early learning. We see you as you truly are … perfection in each moment. Strive to expand.

     Allow yourself the freedom to let your consciousness flow, to your highest and best intent.

     Remember beloveds, the journey has begun in earnest. Many of you have barricaded your true selves behind terms like—balanced, uninvolved, beyond judgment, and many more. For some of you, this is truly the case. For many more of you, it is thinly covered denial, apathy, and fear. Recognize the truth of this for yourself.

     Remember also that if nothing changes, nothing changes. This third dimensional identity you inhabit is a conduit of change; your heart is a vessel of change; your soul—eternal change. It is all a metamorphosis in its most simplistic terms. Allow yourself to engage your whole soul self in this experience your soul sought so long ago.

     Recognize, remember, reconcile, redress, release, and become the all that is you: the All-That-You-Are.

     Remember that each seed you sow will bring forth another energy for your benefit and use. Some of you still sow little and reap less. Allow yourselves to benefit from the full use of your gifts and abilities. Each of you is a unique vessel of living love. Utilize your divinity. Create that which you require. Let not the perceptual limits represent reality. You are so much more. Acknowledge your unique magnificence. Honor your essence, your energy, and your efforts. Celebrate the path before you. Allow yourselves to sing the celestial song and dance to the music of the spheres. Acknowledge one another. Anchor your own pillar of light into this experience. Become the beacon of light fully manifest in this time and place.

     Remember in your times, before the starlight surrounding yourself in nothingness and then —the lightening and you were birthed into sentience—perceived as separate even though this is but a perception.

     Remind yourself of the times you have manifested and brought other gifts to other people. Remember your uniqueness. Your gift is your heart, your healing, and your hope. Is there any in this trinity which you would be unwilling to share?

     The beings you share your plane of existence with are somewhat lost—great groups of people deceived and dejected.

     Let not one of you remain inside the well of despair, nor let others draw you in. Simply emanate, radiate, and reiterate your brilliant light, your truest soul-self. Let no one lead your heart away from your highest and best intent. Your choices create your experience. Generate your own energies in such a way that you create. You understood long ago….

     You need merely remember.... Recognize your star brethren. Honor one another. Emanate, radiate, and generate that living love in such a way as to alter the coming of events. Remember as one of your star seeds said long ago: “For evil to exist, good men need only standby and do nothing.”

     Be aware, be prepared, and be true.

     We honor each and every one of you. We love you so.

     Adonai ‘Tsebayoth. We depart.

Prayers, Grounding and a Mother Earth Meditation

     I AM calling Lord Michael, the Cosmic Christ, Lord Sananda, Jesus of Earth, the Cosmic Mother, Mother Mary, the entire Christ Matrix, the entire Great White Brotherhood, Lord Metatron, Sandalphon, everyone’s higher selves, guides, healing angels and protecting angels of the Divine Light of the Living God to gently adjust the vibration of the room for everyone’s comfort. I invoke divine harmony, protection, clarity, love and peace right here and now with full God-power. May each person’s field and purpose be clarified and strengthened collectively. We work in harmony with love, integrity and divine purpose. We pray for the highest good of all. So be it!

     I AM Presence: I AM calling my I AM Presence, to enfold, guide and to protect me for the highest good. Visualize the white light coming down around you and form a column of light around your entire body and under your feet. Visualize the Star of David over your crown and bring it down over your body. Know that it is all around you protecting you. I AM calling Lord Michael, Uriel, Gabriel, and Raphael to enfold, guide and to protect us for the highest good and to stand in the four corners of this room to assure that nothing but goodness and light can come to us, and nothing but goodness and light can leave us. So Be It. I AM THAT I AM. So it is.

     Grounding: Center yourself; see a golden white light around your navel area; breathe into it now; visualize a white light coming down from your navel area and hips, like a ribbon or root going down through your knees, your ankles, and out of the bottom of your feet. Take it down to the center of the Earth. Enter a crystal cave that is in the center of the Earth. It is full of all kinds of crystals, large, small, all shapes, and all colors. Pick one that talks to you or that you are drawn to, and tie your ribbon of light that comes from your body around it. Wrap it three times. Make sure that it is tight. Move into this crystal and become this crystal from your waist down. Being grounded in your body from the hips down should feel heavy or tingly.

     Meditation: Breathe into it, bring up the energy of love into your heart and through your body that the Mother is offering you. Express your love for her and your appreciation for the energy that she is giving you. Rest in the energy and breathe; feel the rhythm of the Earth Mother. Feel the stillness of peace in the Mother’s arms around you. Express your love and gratitude to her. Fill your body with the violet flame, love and send it out in a circle radius to heal the Earth. Feel the violet flame healing the Earth and all that is within the planet. Ask the elementals to help you fill the planet with love and kindness with the violet flame. Call to St. Germain, Lord Zadkiel, the Violet Flame Angels, Omri-Tas, Arcturus and Victoria to help us fill the Mother Earth with the Violet Flame.

     Say: Transmute, transmute by Violet Fire all causes and cores not of God’s desire. I AM a Being of cause alone; that cause is Love, the Sacred Tone. I AM a force of Violet Fire. I AM a force of the Violet Fire more powerful than any human miss-creation. I breathe the Violet Flame of limitless transmutation into my heart center and I breathe it out through my heart chakra into the core of every person, place, condition or thing in my life, conscious or unconscious, past or present, through obvious choice or through karmic liability. As this Sacred Fire floods the Earth, the Violet Flame transmutes all energy less than God’s Perfection back into light. The Violet Fire is loving free every point of my universe. I AM Free! I AM Free! I AM Eternally Free! And so it is.

     Now focus your attention on your heart and spirit. Take your attention and rise up to your crown, still firmly attached to the crystal and the Mother Earth, and you are protected by your I AM Presence and Lord Michael. Visualize Lord Metatron, as a golden pyramid over your head (or a golden white diamond); bring this golden pyramid down over your body. Now with your intention rise up through it, straight up to the heart of the Christ Matrix, the Cosmic Christ, Lord Sananda, Jesus the Christ of Earth. The Cosmic Mother, Mother Mary, the Great White Brotherhood of Light, Lord Michael and his legions of angels, and straight up to the heart of the Great Central Sun, Helios and Vesta, Alpha and Omega. Visualize this as a golden white column of light coming from out of the Great Central Sun. Straight down through your physical body and to the center of Earth. Breathe it in and become this column of light.

     Say: Kodoish, Kodoish, Kodoish, Adonai ‘Tsebayoth. (Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of Hosts). Now bring your attention to your heart center and breathe the light in from above, Alpha and Omega from the great Central Sun and bring up the light from below from the Mother Earth. All come together into the heart center and know that you are all one with the whole. Become the Light of Love. Breathe it in and breathe it out to the Universe. Feel the flow of love in to your heart and release it out to all, your love, and your appreciation, for all that you are. Know that you are loved beyond measure.

Thank you for the work that you do! I truly enjoyed the newsletter and found it to be useful and to the point.
